D1 Training Lakewood Ranch

We absolutely love D1! We added this to our kids schedules to increase endurance and agility for their sports. The D1 coaches are amazing and keep our kids engaged while building their strength and endurance! Our kids love coming to D1 and we could not be happier with the results!

We had my son’s 7th birthday here and I was so happy with the experience. The coaches played with my boys while we set up (thank you!) and they kept 20 kiddos engaged for an hour and a half with fun games and races and obstacle courses without a break! The kids absolutely loved it and went home totally worn out after the party ended to some happy parents 😊 There is a second floor which was perfect for setting up drinks snacks and cake and gave the parents a Birds Eye view of the activities below while giving us a little space to ourselves to socialize. Plenty of seating upstairs and some downstairs as well. Not the cheapest option but honestly I feel like we absolutely got our money’s worth and would highly recommend them for parties. Many of the parents were talking about signing their kids up for lessons, which I am sure would be great. Daniel and Derek were so great with the kids and truly professional. Check this place out!

Both of my sons go there and absolutely love it! One does D1on1 Training with Andrew and has gotten much faster, stronger, and leaner. The other is in the ELITE class and has gotten college level training with a great group of guys. HIGHLY recommend this gym. Jeff and the staff are all awesome and it is always super clean. I've also brought in my team for a team training session and it was a tremendous experience.

Quick to get your money up front but no delivery. We paid over 1000$ for a package and had our trainer cancel on us several times (after we were already in the parking lot). My son looked forward to his training and it’s not fair for him. Would not recommend- or DO NOT pay up front. Just bad business.

After the pandemic began I started to do all my workouts at home and saw some great success. However I was missing the sense of community and having others to help drive me to perform better in my workouts. D1 has fulfilled that need and has done so much more. All of their trainers have been amazing. I take the 6am class so the trainer I have worked with most is Renee. She has total command of the class, but in a supportive and encouraging way that motivates me to give my best to each and every session. She also makes sure to provide individual support to each person in each and every session. Thank you D1 and thank you Renee.
